Sell the printed object. The files themselves are not for resale or sharing.

Twenty downloads a month, and every one of them is a whole object. One design with all its parts is one download: a box with its lid and handle comes down as one zip and counts as one. The count starts over on your billing day each month.
Designed to print, not just to look good.

A pretty file and a file that prints are not the same file.

What ruins a print is what you cannot see on screen. The studio checks it beside every slider and tells you before the printer does.

Wall thickness

Measured on the real surface. Too thin, and it says so.

3.2 mm

Overhang angle

How far a roof can lean before it needs supports.

38 deg, no supports

Mesh deviation

How closely the file follows the curve you drew.

0.20 mm

Watertight mesh

A closed file, with every face pointing the right way.

0 bad edges

Fit clearance

For boxes: the lid goes on and comes off.

0.25 mm

And it says what to do

A warning says what is wrong and how to fix it. Red only for what will not print.

Questions

The four people actually ask.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The studio is fully open: every product, every texture, every slider, and the print checks running beside them. Nothing is greyed out and there is no card to look around. An account is what turns a design into a file you can keep.

What counts as one download?

One export of one design. All the parts come down together in a single zip, so a box with a lid, a handle and a label counts as one, not four.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from your account page. Your plan keeps running to the end of the period you already paid for and then stops. No call, no form, no reason required.

What happens to my saved designs if I stop paying?

Your FORMs stay in your account and you can open them again whenever you come back. Downloading a file again needs an active plan. Anything you already downloaded is yours to keep and to print, with or without a subscription.

OH MY FORM pricing. OH MY FORM is a browser based parametric 3D model design tool for 3D printing, made by designer Dana Israeli. It generates bowls, boxes and lampshades with measured textures such as crochet, capitonne, bubbles, rope and tangent circles, and exports print ready STL files. What separates it from free parametric generators is live print validation: while you move a slider the tool measures wall thickness, overhang angle, mesh deviation from the intended curve, manifold integrity and, for boxes, the fit clearance between the base and the lid. Plans: the studio is free to use with no account, with no download and no saving. A free registered account gets one download after email verification and no cloud library. Personal costs 29 US dollars per month or 240 US dollars per year and includes twenty designs a month for personal use, one person, up to two devices, with re-downloads of a design already taken that month not counting against the twenty, a cloud library of saved designs called FORMs, and new presets every month. Commercial costs 149 US dollars per month or 1190 US dollars per year and adds the right to sell prints of what you design. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. A download means one export of one design, with all of its parts in a single zip file.
