Privacy Policy

OH MY FORM is a browser based design tool for 3D printing, run by Dana Israeli. This page says what we store about you, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed. It is short because there is not much.

What we store

• Your email address. There is no password: you sign in with a link or a code sent to it. It is also where receipts and plan changes go.
• Your plan and the date it runs to.
• Designs you choose to save to your account (FORM files). Nothing goes into your library unless you press save.
• The design behind each download. When you download print files we keep that design's settings and a small picture of the object, next to the download count. It is how we help when a print goes wrong, and how we learn what people make. An image you upload for a sign is not kept as a file; it shows only as part of that small picture.
• A count of your downloads each month and the identifiers of the two devices a plan allows. This is what makes the fair use limits work.
• Whether you asked for our emails, and when you said so.
• Your sign-in session, kept in your own browser's local storage so you stay signed in.

What we do not store

• Card or payment details. They are entered on Lemon Squeezy's checkout and never pass through us.
• The files you download. They are made in your browser and go straight to your disk. We keep the count and the design's settings, not the files.

Analytics and advertising

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you to other sites. Today it runs no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We may add other analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to understand how OH MY FORM is used and to reach people who might like it. When we do, this page will name the tools, and where the law requires consent, non-essential tracking runs only after you agree.

Where it lives

A few services run the product, each under its own privacy policy and our agreement with it:

• Supabase (EU, Frankfurt) holds accounts, plans, saved designs and the designs behind downloads.
• Cloudflare serves the site and counts visits.
• Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it takes payment, issues receipts and invoices, and holds your billing details.
• Resend delivers our email.

Email

We send the email the account needs: sign-in links, receipts, plan changes, and answers to anything you write to us. News about new presets and free models goes only to people who ticked the box for it when signing in. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just write to us and we stop.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you. Reply to any email you received from us; deletion is done within 30 days, and your saved designs and download records go with the account. We process your data to provide the plan you asked for and to run the service; if you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly hold their data.

Changes

The date at the top changes when this page does. A change that matters to you is announced by email before it applies.
